Idlex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates.

1. Mandatory User Agreement & Service Terms

Mandatory Consent: All users must explicitly agree to these Terms of Service prior to subscribing, connecting accounts, or utilizing Idlex servers.

By purchasing a subscription, creating an access credential, or connecting any Minecraft account to Idlex, you explicitly acknowledge and confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent) and hold a valid, legitimately purchased Minecraft Java Edition license.
  • You retain complete ownership and responsibility for all actions performed by your accounts while connected through Idlex compute nodes.
  • You agree not to use Idlex to perform malicious activities, distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks, exploit server vulnerabilities, or bypass network security controls.
  • You understand that each individual Minecraft server maintains independent community guidelines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that automated AFK sessions comply with the rules of the specific servers you join.

2. Refund Policy & 48-Hour Guarantee

We stand behind the reliability of our cloud VPS infrastructure. If you experience technical defects preventing you from using Idlex, we provide a fair and transparent refund framework:

Eligible for Refund (48-Hour Guarantee)

If our cloud VPS servers experience unresolvable connection outages or technical platform faults within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds cannot be issued if an account receives an in-game penalty, kick, or ban from a third-party Minecraft server for violating that specific server's gameplay rules (e.g. prohibited botting or chat spam filters).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the 48-hour guarantee, contact our support team at [email protected] with your registered email and Stripe transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed directly back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

3. Data Security & Potential Data Leak Policy

We maintain strict data minimization and encryption standards to protect our users. Here is what we hold, what we never hold, and exactly what happens in the unlikely event of a security breach:

  • NO Microsoft Passwords: We never see or request passwords.
  • NO Payment Details: Credit cards are handled directly by Stripe.
  • NO Personal Identity Documents.

  • Account Email (for subscription management).
  • OAuth Session Tokens (AES-256 encrypted at rest).
  • Bot Settings (server IP, spammer messages).

All active OAuth session tokens and container worker instances are instantly terminated and purged across all cloud VPS nodes to eliminate any unauthorized server connections.

We notify all registered users via email and post a public incident disclosure on our Status page (idlexmc.com/status) detailing what data was affected and the mitigation steps taken.

Instant User-Side Access Revocation
Because Idlex uses official Microsoft OAuth 2.0, you can immediately unlink and revoke Idlex's access with one click at any moment directly from your Microsoft Account security portal at account.live.com/consent/Manage.
